Meet Brianna Belvin

Studio Owner + Teacher Practitioner

Brianna was introduced to Pilates in 2008 and fell in love. Wanting to learn more about her body and Pilates she completed her first teaching certification with Peak Pilates® in 2009.

With her newfound passion for movement, she was drawn to the Aerial Arts and exploring the movements of the body against gravity. In this new world, she took everything she'd learned about the physical body, through the Pilates lens, and applied her skills in the air.

On the road to overcoming injuries and exploring her own personal movement, she was introduced to working with the fascia and connective tissue and their importance and impact on the body. Brianna realized she wanted to be able to fully heal herself by deepening her personal knowledge through the Centre for Spatial Medicine and share all she'd learned with others.

While immersed in healing the physical body, through Spatial Medicine, she was led to learn more about the energy body. Brianna strongly believes in the power of healing the mind, body, and spirit and their intrinsic connection.

Karuna Connection Studio is the fruition of years of cultivated education and exploration. Located in Houston, TX. Where the integration of bodywork and energy work connect.
